Returns
We want you to love your Cloth Project jewellery. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll help you fix it.
You can return your order within 28 days of delivery, provided it’s unworn, in original condition and packaging.
To start a return, login to your account & select the item you'd like to return.
We don't currently offer automatic exchanges, if you’d like a different piece, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 3–5 working days and you’ll receive a confirmation email once processed. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us so we can make it right. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
Warranty
All Cloth Project jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty, including: manufacturing faults, plating or setting issues and breakages not caused by normal wear. Please email us with your order number and name.
